Unique Themes After Every 2 Weeks

We pick a theme, such as gut health or weight loss and follow it in our classes for two weeks. This is to help you achieve those specific health goals. After two weeks, we switch to a new theme and continue this way throughout the year. This way, we focus on 26 different health issues throughout the year.

Atul Mishra, born in a small town in Uttar Pradesh, began his yoga journey early as it is his family background, and was guided by his family's tradition. He began his professional yoga journey by enrolling in the renowned Kaivalyadhama Institute, Lonavala, in 2011.
He has learned various styles of yoga under different gurus like Vinyasa, Hatha, Iyengar Yoga etc.
Atul Mishra has conducted over 20 Yoga teacher training sessions and workshops in Singapore, Bali, Jakarta, China, and Vietnam, and trained more than 1000 students. He started teaching in Zhoukou, China and moved to Indonesia in 2016 and worked for over 5 years. Atul has worked with companies like Just Yogafit, Yogacity and Star Yoga in various roles like Yoga Team Leader, Yoga Teacher, Wellness Consultant and Master Yoga Trainer across multiple Asia-Pacific countries.

Amrita is a learned yoga teacher from Rishikesh, India, the yoga capital of the world. Amit is a yoga teacher from Dharamshala, the spiritual hub of Himalayas and home of the Dalai Lama. He met many yogis growing up in this environment and that sparked his interest in yoga sadhana.
In 2014, Amit spent a year in an ashram, fully immersed in meditation, pranayama, Hatha, bhakti and karma yoga. His teacher Yogi Shivam taught him the true essence of yoga and meditation. This was the beginning of his spiritual journey.
Amit completed various yoga teacher trainings in India, including the 200-Hour and 300-Hour certifications. He learned different yoga styles and therapeutic techniques, deepening his understanding of asana and anatomy.
Amit started assisting his teachers and leading his classes in Dharamshala. His teaching expanded to classes, workshops and retreats in Goa. In 2017 he became the lead trainer at Chinmay Yoga and has been teaching at Siddhi Yoga since 2019.
